How long before my flag will arrive?
Please permit several days (or even occasionally weeks) for a flag to arrive. Products in stock naturally ship out sooner. Maybe someday we’ll have the infrastructure of Amazon where we can whisk away flags to all corners of the earth in a moments notice. Right now it’s just two brothers in Maine, and some occasional free time on weekends and evenings to package and ship out flags. We LOVE flags and we love that you love them too, but we don’t love trips to the post office – especially nowadays – and we don’t always have boxes on hand. We try to get to them as soon as we can, but that’s not always right away. Points for honesty?
Please note: We strive to be as prompt and fair as possible, but due to COVID-19, we are experiencing variances in both material costs and quote/production lead times.
It’s Christmas, can you rush my order?
We love Christmas! We’re like children at Christmas, complete with family bickering. We want you to have a great holiday, and we’ll try to help … but we can’t promise you. It is Christmas after all and we’re enjoying some well deserved quality time together with friends and family drinking adult egg-nog.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We’re not animals. We try to be fair. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email us within 30 days of receipt of your product and we’ll try to help you out. If we sent you a product that is defective or maybe the wrong size, we’ll very likely and eagerly exchange it for you. If the exchange is unsatisfactory, we will consider a refund. That being said, our products are purchased as-is (because often they are made to order) and all sales are final. We make no guarantees of exchange or refund. We’re only doing this for fun, so in our world the customer is not always right; your courtesy and common sense goes a long way toward reaching a swift resolution.
Are your flags made in Maine?
Nope. They were designed in Maine, by a small Maine company, composed of Mainers, who love Maine, and sell Maine (and Bath!) flags to the good people of Maine and beyond. But our flags are made by fellow Americans in another state. For some reason that bothers people, so we want to be honest about that, but you should know these makers are awesome people doing amazing work. There are other companies in Maine who make flags, if that’s important to you give ’em a Google!
Do you have a phone number?
Yes.
